Clients who work with me are often navigating mood changes, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and difficulties managing emotions. Many feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, struggling to cope with intense feelings or carrying unresolved pain from the past. I’m passionate about helping clients gain clarity and insight, empowering them to move forward with intention, self-compassion, and greater self-understanding.
I bring experience from community mental health settings and have extensive experience supporting BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals, as well as people living with chronic illness or medical disabilities. Whether you’re facing relationship difficulties or feeling overwhelmed by emotions or physical sensations that disrupt daily life, I integrate psychodynamic and humanistic approaches with CBT, DBT, EMDR, and IFS-informed techniques to create a supportive space for deeper exploration and healing.
